This is a 4 unit property built by EBCHC in 1995 and continues to be managed by EBCHC.  It consists of 2 two bedroom and 2 three bedroom units. One ground floor unit is handicapped accessible.Income restrictions apply. Rents range from $700 - $850.

Victory  Gardens

 

This is a development of 12 two bedroom units. This was the original EBCHC property. All tenants must have a Section 8 or other housing voucher.  This property is owned by East Brunswick Township and managed by EBCHC. Units are filled on a first come first served basis when available.

 Affordable Rentals

 

  These rental units are the majority of our properties.  They are purchased at market rate and converted to affordable rentals through generous local, county, state and federal subsidies. Units are scattered throughout the condominium developments. Income restrictions apply. Rents range from $600 - $850.
